Solros Privacy Policy
Version 1.0. Effective date: October 3, 2026. Last updated: October 3, 2026.
Solros LLC ("Solros," "we," "us") runs heysolros.com. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. Right now the site is informational only. You cannot create an account, upload files, or buy anything here.
Who we are
Solros LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Questions about this policy: support@heysolros.com.
What we collect
Information you give us through the contact form:
• Name and email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Event type
• Your message
• Whether you checked the box to receive marketing emails
Please do not put sensitive information, such as financial or health details, in your message. We do not need it to answer you.
Information collected automatically when you visit: our website host, Squarespace, and its standard analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, the date and time of your visit, and your approximate location based on your IP address. This uses cookies and similar technologies, described below.
We do not collect payment information, create accounts, or accept file uploads on this site.
How we use it
• To reply to your inquiry
• To send marketing emails, only if you checked the opt-in box
• To keep the site secure and block spam
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To comply with the law and protect our rights
We use your phone number only to call you or reply about your inquiry. We do not send text message marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the site:
• Squarespace, which hosts the site, receives contact form submissions, and provides site analytics
• Google, which provides reCAPTCHA spam protection on our contact form
• The email services that deliver your messages to us and carry our replies to you
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising pixels or advertising trackers on this site.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. To tell people from bots, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's use of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Google Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms). We do not control what Google collects.
Cookies and analytics
Squarespace uses cookies that make the site work, keep it secure, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may not work as expected.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only to people who checked the opt-in box on our contact form. The box is unchecked by default, and you do not have to check it to contact us. Each marketing email will identify Solros as the sender, include our mailing address above, and include a way to unsubscribe.
To opt out at any time, click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email support@heysolros.com with the word "unsubscribe." We will process your request within 10 business days, and usually much faster. Opting out of marketing does not stop us from replying to messages you send us.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can email support@heysolros.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond promptly. We may need to confirm it is really you before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on the security of Squarespace and Google. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email support@heysolros.com and we will delete it.
United States only
This site is intended for visitors in the United States. It is not designed for visitors in other countries.
Links to other sites
Our site links to our Instagram account (@heysolros) and may link to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also post a notice on our home page for at least 30 days.
Governing law
Florida law governs this policy, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
